Get an idea, feel the soft birch bark and get to know our products. Did you expect something else? Simply return the undamaged products to us.<br>Of course, we will set up a right of return for you within the framework of the legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Even though we generally work with DHL Go Green CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Although we are committed to shipping our products neutrally, the rapidly growing traffic caused by parcel services places an enormous burden on the environment. In order not to increase this burden unnecessarily and not to burden other customers with hidden costs that would have to be reflected in the product price, we have decided that the direct costs of returning goods will not be borne by us and therefore ultimately by all customers. After careful consideration, we have come to the conclusion that the fairest solution is for each customer to bear their own return costs.<br><br><\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">Consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation when concluding a distance selling transaction, about which the provider provides information below in accordance with the statutory model. A sample cancellation form can be found at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"> <\/p>\n<table width=\"600\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"5\"><colgroup> <col width=\"590\"> <\/colgroup>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"590\">\n<h4 class=\"western\">Cancellation policy<\/h4>\n<p class=\"western\"> <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Right of cancellation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"> <\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Tim Mergelsberg, sagaan, Am Bahnhof Weinh\u00fcbel 2, 02827 G\u00f6rlitz, info (a) sagaan.de, Fax: +49-(0)3581-7925130) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"> <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Consequences of cancellation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"> <\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><a name=\"_GoBack\" data-tc-id=\"w-0.27572629327962306\"><\/a> You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
