Dimensiones: \u00d8 31 x 100mm. \/ \u00d8 41 x 100mm.<\/p>\n<p>Estas piezas en bruto se adaptan a los requisitos especiales de los autoconstructores. Constituyen un excelente material de partida para la fabricaci\u00f3n de manillas que, adem\u00e1s de un bello aspecto y un tacto \u00fanico, deben cumplir los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros socios de nevi fabrican estas piezas en bruto para nosotros mediante un proceso patentado que se adapta a las propiedades materiales especiales de la corteza de abedul. Por cierto, los sensacionales mangos de betula de nevi tambi\u00e9n se fabrican del mismo modo.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo se utilizan los mejores tipos de corteza. Tras una cuidadosa selecci\u00f3n, la corteza se limpia a fondo y se prepara para el encolado mediante un proceso especial que garantiza la mayor penetraci\u00f3n posible de la cola. El encolado se realiza con una presi\u00f3n definida con precisi\u00f3n. Esto garantiza, entre otras cosas, que la corteza no se comprima m\u00e1s de lo estrictamente necesario. As\u00ed se evita una compresi\u00f3n excesiva y se preserva la elasticidad de la estructura celular en forma de panal.<\/p>\n<p>Las asas est\u00e1n disponibles en dos versiones: 31 mm y 41 mm,<br \/>\nNota: Se trata de piezas en bruto cuya superficie no est\u00e1 lista para su uso.<br \/>\nLas superficies no est\u00e1n cementadas ni aceitadas.<br \/>\nEn algunos lugares, las piezas en bruto presentan huecos en el material e imperfecciones. \u00c9stas suelen eliminarse durante el proceso (torneado, lijado, fresado, tallado...) o pueden rellenarse con un kit.
