We will be happy to send you your desired products! We generally deliver to Germany within ten working days. Goods to other countries may take longer. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you within the first three weeks of your order at the latest.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Standard products such as storage tins and bread boxes are usually dispatched at least twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For higher order volumes, we increase the dispatch frequency to up to daily.
Customised products, such as birch bark in special sizes, may take a few days longer to order.
Shipping costs
Up to an order value of € 50,- your share of the postage and packaging costs within Germany is € 5,-.
From an order value of € 50,- we ship free of charge within Germany!
Customers who make use of our price list for business customers will be charged separate postage and packaging costs. These are listed on the price list.
We also deliver outside Germany to the countries of the European Union, as well as to some selected countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein. For deliveries to other European and non-European countries, we charge a flat rate of € 9.90 per delivery.
If partial deliveries are made due to products not being in stock, we will of course only charge you the postage costs once.

Our packaging
We want to create value. This also applies to seemingly worthless materials such as packaging.
We collect packaging material from local retailers and use it to ship our beautiful jars.
With this direct recycling without unnecessary detours, we fulfil a heartfelt desire:
We protect the environment by reusing good goods that already exist and thus feeding them into a real recycling loop. To do this, we are even prepared to accept the increased effort and costs involved in direct recycling.
With this step, we can prevent the waste of valuable resources such as water, energy and paper raw materials in the production of cardboard packaging and at the same time help to reduce waste. We believe that every sustainable, future-proof company should pursue these two goals.
In our work, we are guided by the philosophy of creating and selling only valuable products and thus achieving a gain in quality of life. This appreciation for good objects forms the core of our commitment. In our work, we endeavour to show this appreciation for the products that we need to make you happy with our birch vessels. Materials are often carelessly wasted, even though they contain valuable resources, particularly ecological ones in this case.
Every kilogramme of paper carries a 15 kg ecological rucksack. This means that for every kilogram of cardboard we save, we use 15 kg less biotic and abiotic materials and 120 litres less water. With our efforts to reuse good packaging in a cycle, we are not only actively helping to protect the climate and the environment, but are also taking the first steps in our Vision of a future world.
